Abstract

This research is entitled: "The Influence of Leadership Behavior, Motivation, and Work Discipline on Work Effectiveness in Puskesmas Buaran Sub-district Bantarkawung Brebes Regency". The purpose of this study was to determine the significant effect of leadership behavior on Work Effectiveness at the Puskesmas Buaran Sub-district Bantarkawung Brebes Regency, to determine the effect of motivation on Work Effectiveness at the Puskesmas Buaran Kecamatan Bantarkawung Brebes Regency, and to determine the significant effect of work discipline on Effectiveness Work at the Puskesmas Buaran Sub-district Bantarkawung Brebes Regency. The hypothesis of this study are: 1). Leadership behavior has a significant influence on the effectiveness of the Work at the Puskesmas Buaran Sub-district Bantarkawung Brebes Regency, 2). Motivation has a significant effect on the effectiveness of the Work at the Puskesmas Buaran Sub-district Bantarkawung Brebes Regency, 3). Work Discipline has a significant influence on the effectiveness of the Work at the Puskesmas Buaran Sub-district Bantarkawung Brebes Regency. To test the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable, multiple linear regression analysis is used and based on the analysis results obtained tX1 value of 2.014, tX2 of 0.529, tX3 of 5.190, t count of tX1 and tX2 greater than t table (2.009), which means behavior leadership and work discipline affect work effectiveness, while motivation does not affect work effectiveness

Abstract

Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), seen as a very important indicator because it has many benefits relating to economic progress and development, excellence, and weakness in various sectors in the economic structure. The level of progress and development can be seen from the results of economic activities by comparing sectors that make the biggest contribution to the formation of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) in Central Java. From developments in a certain period can also be observed the advantages and disadvantages of the economic structure of an area. The economy in Central Java can be seen from the large number of contributions to GRDP. Sectors that contribute substantial income or added value to the GRDP, include the domestic investment sector, labor and local revenue. Therefore this study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of domestic investment, labor, and local revenue on the growth of Central Java GRDP in 2011-2015. The type of data used in this study is secondary data that functions panel from 2011-2015 and the data is obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). This study uses a vector error correction model panel analysis (PVECM) using the Eview9 program tool. Research Results Establish that PMDN and labor have positive short-term and long- term positive relationships with GRDP. While regional original revenues have negative short- term and long-term negatives of GDP, based on the results of the PVECM

Abstract

This research is entitled "Analysis of the Readiness of SAK EMKM Application for MSME Financial Reporting at UMKM in Banyumas ". This study aims to determine the factors that influence the readiness of implementing SAK EMKM as a new standard that is more representative of EMKM on financial reports. The population in this study were UMKM actors in the Banyumas. The results showed that motivation did not have a significant effect on the application of SAK EMKM, while socialization had a significant effect on the application of SAK EMKM, and perceived ease of use had a significant effect on the application of SAK EMKM in Banyumas, this indicated that the better the socialization and perceived convenience of SAK EMKM, the better There is also good desire of UMKM actors to implement SAK EMKM, while motivation does not play a role in implementing SAK EMKM

Abstract

This research is entitled "The Effect of Work Motivation, Work Discipline and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance of Ajibarang Regional General Hospital". The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of positive significance of work motivation on employee performance at the Ajibarang Regional General Hospital. to determine the effect of positive significance of work discipline on the performance of employees of the Ajibarang Regional General Hospital and to determine the effect of positive significance of organizational commitment on employee performance at the Ajibarang Regional General Hospital. The analysis uses multiple linear regression. Conclusions for this research: Work motivation has a significant positive effect on the performance of employees of the Ajibarang Regional General Hospital with a 95% confidence level received. This is evidenced by t calculated work motivation greater than t table (4.892> 1.6698), so that the hypothesis which states work motivation has a significant positive effect on the performance of employees of the Ajibarang Regional General Hospital, accepted. Work discipline has a significant positive effect on the performance of employees of the Ajibarang Regional General Hospital with a 95% confidence level received. This is evidenced by the t work discipline count is greater than t table (3.785> 1.6698), so the hypothesis which states that work discipline has a significant positive effect on the employee performance of the Ajibarang Regional General Hospital, is accepted. Organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on the performance of employees of the Ajibarang Regional General Hospital with a 95% confidence level received. This is evidenced by t calculating organizational commitment greater than t table (3.320> 1.6698), so that the hypothesis that states organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on the performance of employees of the Ajibarang Regional General Hospital, accepted.

Abstract

This research is entitled: "Analysis of Factors Affecting Absorption of Industrial Sector Labor in Districts / Cities in Central Java Province". This study aims to analyze the influence of PMA, PMDN and MSEs on employment in 2014-2017. The analytical method used is panel data regression with Fixed Effect Model. Tests are carried out with a significant level of 5% and processing data using eviews. Based on the results of the regression analysis, it is known that PMA variables have a significant effect on employment, the PMDN variable has a significant effect on employment. While the UMK variable is negative and has no significant effect on employment.
